We do offer delivery within a 3 mile radius from DA11 (only south of the river, sorry!) for a a small fee of £10.00 . If your postcode lies outside of above, we deliver up to 20 miles on orders over £99 for 75p per mile (both ways) Please contact us to check if you're unsure if we deliver to your post code.

All our boxes are meticulously handcrafted and presented intricately. Due to the delicate nature of the boxes, they cannot be posted or transported over long distances. Hence, we prefer collection from our address DA11.

Although our boxes are best if enjoyed within the same day, you can store the surplus in the fridge and consume it within 2-3 days. However, please do not store crackers and nuts in the fridge as they might soften or absorb moisture.

In order to comply with the UK food standards, we kindly ask you not to eat the food if it's been left in room temperature for more than 4 hours. By agreeing to our terms and condition, you're agreeing to get rid of the any food after this duration if left unrefrigerated. We’d also like to add that we cannot be held responsible if the food consumed after this duration causes an adverse effect on your health.

Yes, we offer vegan and vegetarian boxes and substitute with vegan cheese and spread where possible and remove the items that do not meet your dietary requirements. You can choose vegan or vegetarian options from the product page itself.

We work in a kitchen that handles nuts, milk, eggs, mustard, gluten and wheat. Whilst we try our best to ensure we minimise the risk of cross contamiation, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from these allergens.

Yes, of course! We offer a beautiful presented grazing displays that is completely hassle-free. We just require a table top surface at your location and we come to you. We set up everything ready in time for your guests' arrival and return later to collect the setup. It that easy! Find out more on our events page.
