Terms and Conditions
Once the date availability has been confirmed, a non-refundable 50% upfront fee is required to secure your event date. We then require you to settle the balance 15 days before the event date. We will send you a reminder. This is for us to be able to place orders with our vendors to ensure everything is fresh and available for your event.
A 50% upfront fee paid to confirm your event date is non-refundable. If you cancel within 14 days (two weeks) of your event date, we charge 100% of your order value. This is due to us having turned away other business in addition to having already paid the vendors we source different produce from, and also having invested a lot of time in communicating and planning the best for your event.
Changes to the order
Once all the items has been confirmed for your event, we can only accept small amends. We will try our best to accommodate if possible, but it's not always guaranteed. Please get in touch to request the change as soon as possible.
Once the products have been confirmed, a 50% upfront fee is required to confirm your order. This is non-refundable. However, we might be able to offer a different date that suits you. Please let us know as soon as possible if you'd like to cancel your order/event.
Once the order has been placed, we are afraid we cannot offer refunds for cancellations. If a product order is cancelled within 48 hours of delivery/collection date and time, you're liable for full fee of the products/services ordered.
Changes to the order
Please get in touch on the same day the order is placed to request small amends. We will try our best to accommodate if possible, but it's not always guaranteed.
Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of the food items in our boxes, we are unable to accept any returns once delivered. In an unlikely event where you find a wrong item or any item from our food boxes look unsuitable for consumption, please contact us immediately. We'll be happy to refund or replace the item once verified.
We strive to source only the freshest items and for this reasons, most of the fruits and berries tend to be what's currently in season. This also means each of our products / set ups may look different from photos we post on our social channels. Occasionally, the items mentioned as box contents or on our menu may be unavailable for our suppliers. On these events, we will contact you for a substitute or add an extra bit to compensate.
Once our boxes are received, it's best to enjoy them within the same day. If you've got a surplus, so simply want to save it for the next day, please keep it refrigerated and use it within 2-3 days. Nuts and crackers may soften due to absorption of moisture if refrigerated, so please set these aside from the rest of the food before refrigerating.
In order to comply with the UK food standards, we kindly ask you not to eat the food if it's been left in room temperature for more than 4 hours. By agreeing to our terms and condition, you're agreeing to get rid of the any food after this duration if left unrefrigerated. We’d also like to add that we cannot be held responsible if the food consumed after this duration causes an adverse effect on your health.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & ALLERGIES
Please let us know of any allergy or dietary requirements at checkout. We will try our best to exclude any item that you're allergic to or does not meet your dietary requirements. However, please note that there may be traces of the following allergens: milk, eggs, milk, mustard, nuts, gluten that we handle in our kitchen. As aforementioned, by agreeing to our terms, if you do not mention of any dietary requirement or allergies, we cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions to our food.

USE OF EVENT IMAGES AND VIDEOS
We reserve the right to use the images and videos taken at events we set up for our clients on our social media platforms unless otherwise requested by our customers to be excluded from their use.
